2026 SUMMER FIELD DAY

The 2026 ILSFMA Summer Field Day will be held on July 23rd from 8:30am-1pm at Cannon Crossings Park in Hoffman Estates. Cannon Crossings is a premier multi-sport complex offering exceptional facilities for a wide range of athletic activities. The park features baseball and softball fields, a football field, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball, and a basketball court, along with playgrounds for children. We are thrilled to again be joining forces with MIPE for this event, which will provide attendees the opportunity to visit vendor booths, learn about new equipment, products and services from many of our participating vendors. 

Vendors have the ability to purchase booth space which includes room to stage approximately 3 pieces of equipment around a pop-up tent. Throughout the morning we will bring the attendees to each booth where vendors will have approximately 5 minutes to talk about their products and services. A portable PA system will be provided for this portion of the day. Equipment demos will also be available on-site. 

This is a great way to network with your peers, see what's new in the industry, and get some hands-on experience with equipment that you might be considering for your operation. Information on tickets and the tentative schedule is listed below.

• Attendees: $30
• Vendor Booth: $250
• Vendor Booth & Event Sponsor: $500

Schedule for the Day

• 7am: Vendor arrival and set up begins 
• 8:30am: Attendees permitted to enter. Light breakfast is served
• 9:30am - 12pm: Vendor presentations and equipment demos
• 12pm-1pm: Lunch is served
